Small by design
Specialist models trained for one job, not one general model prompted for everything.
Specialist agents for operations
We are building specialist AI agents that run where your systems run, act only within the limits you set, and make your operations more reliable every time they work.
Thesis
Today, putting AI into operations means sending your alerts, logs and commands somewhere you cannot see, to systems you do not control. For teams running critical infrastructure, that is not a trade worth making.
Better prompts will not fix operations. Better training will. Small models, specialized for one domain and measured against the real thing, can do the work where it happens.
What we are building on
Specialist models trained for one job, not one general model prompted for everything.
Telemetry, logs and command output stay inside your environment. Nothing to send out.
Runs on your infrastructure, under your control, with no outside service in the loop.
Every action sits inside an envelope you define: read, diagnose, reversible change. Anything beyond goes to a person.
Small enough to run where you already run. Control should not cost more than giving it away.
Beyond incidents
Resolving an incident is half the job. The other half is learning from it. Our agents are built to close that loop, so reliability compounds instead of resetting with every page.
Where we start
We will open to a small number of engineering teams first. If your systems are too important to send outside, we would like to hear from you.
